With a built-in chat tool, you can connect directly with the Multitude Insights support team—right from your homepage. ### **1. Locate the Support Icon** When logged into Bulletin, look for the **question mark icon (?)** in the **bottom right corner** of your homepage. ### **2. Open the Support Window** Clicking the icon opens a **free-text message box** that allows you to either: - Choose from **pre-written prompts**, or - Type in your **own message** to describe your issue, idea, or feedback. --- ### **What You Can Do** ### **1. Report a Bug** Let us know if something’s not working right so we can address it quickly. ### **2. Request a Feature** Have an idea that would improve Bulletin? Submit it directly through the chat. ### **3. Ask a Question** Use the chat to get help or clarification about features, settings, or anything else related to your Bulletin experience. --- ### **Response Time** Your message will be sent directly to our team.
