In-App Support
Overview
This guide introduces BLTN's new in-app support feature, making it easier than ever to get help, share feedback, or request new features. With a built-in chat tool, you can connect directly with the Multitude Insights support team—right from your homepage.
1. Locate the Support Icon
When logged into Bulletin, look for the question mark icon (?) in the bottom right corner of your homepage.
2. Open the Support Window
Clicking the icon opens a free-text message box that allows you to either:
- Choose from pre-written prompts, or
- Type in your own message to describe your issue, idea, or feedback.
What You Can Do
1. Report a Bug
Let us know if something’s not working right so we can address it quickly.
2. Request a Feature
Have an idea that would improve Bulletin? Submit it directly through the chat.
3. Ask a Question
Use the chat to get help or clarification about features, settings, or anything else related to your Bulletin experience.
Response Time
Your message will be sent directly to our team.
We’ll respond in real time or shortly after—ensuring prompt resolution to your questions or concerns.
Tips & Best Practices
- Be specific when describing bugs or feature ideas—it helps us resolve or route them faster.
- Use the in-app support chat as your first stop when troubleshooting.
- Responses come from real people on the Multitude Insights support team, not bots.
