How to Log In to BLTN for the First Time (Non-SSO Customers)

Overview

Welcome to BLTN! This guide is for logging in for the first time with a user name and password (non-SSO customers).

You’ll use your agency email address to activate your account and set your password.


Steps to Access Your BLTN Account

1. Go to the Login Page

  • Navigate to bltnapp.com.
  • This will bring you to the BLTN login screen.

2. Enter Your Email Address

  • Use your agency email address.
  • Input it in the “Enter your email to continue” field.
  • Important: Do not click Request Information. That sends a support ticket to our team and is meant for sales/marketing inquiries.

3. Reset Your Password (First-Time Setup)

  • Since this is your first time logging in, you won’t have a password yet.
  • Click Reset Password.
  • Enter your agency email address again and click Reset Password.
  • Check your inbox for an email containing your temporary password.

4. Create a Permanent Password

  • Log in using the temporary password.
  • You’ll immediately be prompted to set a new, permanent password.
  • Once updated, you can continue using BLTN with your new login credentials.

  • Use a secure password you’ll remember.
  • If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam folder.
