How to Log In to BLTN for the First Time (Non-SSO Customers)
Overview
Welcome to BLTN! This guide is for logging in for the first time with a user name and password (non-SSO customers).
You’ll use your agency email address to activate your account and set your password.
Steps to Access Your BLTN Account
1. Go to the Login Page
- Navigate to bltnapp.com.
- This will bring you to the BLTN login screen.
2. Enter Your Email Address
- Use your agency email address.
- Input it in the “Enter your email to continue” field.
- Important: Do not click Request Information. That sends a support ticket to our team and is meant for sales/marketing inquiries.
3. Reset Your Password (First-Time Setup)
- Since this is your first time logging in, you won’t have a password yet.
- Click Reset Password.
- Enter your agency email address again and click Reset Password.
- Check your inbox for an email containing your temporary password.
4. Create a Permanent Password
- Log in using the temporary password.
- You’ll immediately be prompted to set a new, permanent password.
- Once updated, you can continue using BLTN with your new login credentials.

- Use a secure password you’ll remember.
- If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam folder.
