Our primary objective at Multitude Insights is to deliver exceptional customer service to your agency. To do so, we kindly request a few items from your end to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process. These will enable us to schedule a "kick-off" call and begin our formal partnership. Here are the items we will need:

• A connection to your SSO team
• Your ORI#
• An MSWord version template of each current bulletin type you produce (ID Wanted, BOLO, Officer Safety, etc)

• A PNG image of your agency badge
• 3 - 6 months' worth of bulletins (.zip file is perfect) for upload into BLTN
• Ensure that http://bltnapp.com/ is whitelisted at your agency and emails are not sent to spam from BLTN.

Once we have these items and get the SSO configured, we will initiate a kickoff call where we will discuss specific technical integrations (if any), ask questions that will feed the development of a proposed training plan, and lock in your BLTN rollout calendar.
